Learning for Safer Futures: Child Protection Learning and Improvement
Join us in person at Woodhill House – Members’ Building for a series of three multi-agency workshops designed to enhance child protection practice through learning, reflection and collaboration.
These sessions will explore key learning from Aberdeenshire Learning Reviews and Child Protection Audits, strengthen understanding of risk and professional curiosity, and focus on how we can ensure children’s voices are heard and meaningfully influence decision-making.
This is an opportunity for practitioners across agencies to come together, reflect on current practice, share learning, and develop the skills and confidence needed to improve outcomes for children and families.
Workshops include:
Learning Reviews – An Aberdeenshire Approach to Learning
Children’s Voices in Child Protection: Meaningful Participation in Practice
Child Protection Audit: Learning, Risk and Professional Curiosity
Together, we can strengthen our collective understanding, improve practice, and keep children at the centre of everything we do.
