We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new website, built to make it easier for everyone across Aberdeenshire to find the right information and support when it matters most.

Whether you’re a child or young person, a parent or carer, or a professional working with families, the new site has been designed with you in mind. It’s clean, fast, and fully accessible across all devices – desktop, tablet or mobile.

What’s been created?

  • A fresh, clear design that reflects who we are and the work we do
  • Dedicated sections for children, young people, parents and carers, and professionals
  • Improved navigation so you can find what you need without searching around
  • Clear information about child protection, the Bairns’ Hoose, GIRFEC, and how to raise a concern
  • Fully mobile-friendly, with accessibility features built in throughout

What you’ll find

The site brings together guidance, resources, training information and news all in one place. If you’re worried about a child, the Concerns page gives you clear steps on what to do and who to contact.

“This has been a significant piece of work, but this website is key to supporting our most vulnerable children in really challenging times. We hope it makes a real difference to the people who need it.”

Jacqueline Duffin, Child Protection Committee Lead Officer, Aberdeenshire CPC

“It was a privilege to work on a project that genuinely matters. Aberdeenshire CPC do incredible work supporting some of the most vulnerable children in Scotland, and we’re proud to have played a small part in that.”

John Reid, Director, MediaGorilla
